- For future residents living with us in the 26-27 academic year.
2025-2026 Academic Year

Last day to cancel housing and receive $200 back from $250 prepayment. |

Room Change Waitlist opens in the Housing & Dining Portal for students who want to pursue a room or roommate change prior to move-in. |
| July 28 (9 a.m.) |
Arrival planning form opens in the Housing & Dining Portal. Use this form to request early arrival and to pick your move-in timeslot. |
| August 1 | Room change waitlist closes at 12 p.m. (noon). |
| August 4 (9 a.m.) |
Residential parking privilieges go on sale (Parking website). First-come, first-served. |
| August 8 | Summer to fall moves |
| August 9-20 | Early Arrival Housing |
| August 17 | Last day to select your meal plan in the Housing & Dining Portal. |
| Aug 18 - Sept 5 | Meal plan changes accepted on website (Meal Plan Change Form). |
| Beginning August 18 | Students on the 160 meal plan may convert meals to Dining Dollars on the website. |
| August 21-24 | Move-in and Welcome Week |
| August 25 | First day of class. |
| September 1 | Labor Day Holiday - no classes. Office closed. |
| September 15 | - Room Changes begin - Single room waitlist opens on website. |
| Sept 22-27 | Homecoming Week |
| September 29 | Fall bills due |
| October 10-12 | Family Weekend |
| November 1 |
If applicable, submit a housing accommodation request by this date if you are a new student for spring semester. |
| November 10 | - Thanksgiving Break registration opens. - Winter Break registration opens. |
| November 21 | - Last day to change rooms for fall semester. - Deadline to register for Thanksgiving Break Housing. |
| November 25 | Food service ends at 6 p.m. for Thanksgiving Break. |
| November 26 | Residence communities close at 9 a.m. for Thanksgiving Break. |
| November 30 |
- Fall deadline for 160 meal plan holders to convert meals to Dining Dollars. - Residence communities reopen at 12 p.m. (noon). The University Dining Center opens at 4 p.m. |
| December 12 | Residence communities close at 7 p.m. for Winter Break. Food service ends at 1:30 p.m. |
| December 18 | Spring meal plan changes accepted online (the Maverick 250 Dining Dollars plan is not available for selection). |
| December 26 | Spring 26 Housing cancellation deadline (to get $200 back from $250 prepayment). |
| January 5 | Parking Privileges for new spring residents go on sale at 9 a.m. in the Parking Portal. |
| January 9 | Residence Communities open at 8 a.m. for spring semester |
| January 23 | Last day to change your meal plan for Spring Semester. |
| January 26 | Room changes begin. |
| February 16 | Spring Break Registration opens. |
| March 1 |
If applicable, Submit a housing accommodation request by this deadline if moving in for fall semester. |
| March 6 | Residence Communities close at 7 p.m. for Spring Break. Food service ends at 6 p.m. |
| March 15 | Residence Communities reopen at noon. The Dining Center opens at 4 p.m. |
| March 16 | Summer Housing registration opens in the Housing & Dining Portal. |
| April 17 | Last day to change rooms for spring semester. |
| April 30 |
spring deadline for 160 meal plan holders to convert meals to Dining Dollars. |
| May 8 | Residence Communities close at 7 p.m. for end of term. Last day to use Dining Dollars. |
| May 9 | Interim Housing begins. |
| May 16 | Summer Housing begins. |

Fall 26 Housing Cancellation deadline (to get $200 back from your $300 prepayment). |
For 26-27 Residents
| Oct 6 | Housing application opens for 26-27 reservations. |
| Feb 13 | Priority deadline. Students who apply by this date are guaranteed housing & may choose their own roommate and room. |
| Feb 23-Mar 13 | Roommate Matching for students who applied by the priority deadline. |
| March 1 |
If applicable, submit a housing accommodation request by this deadline if moving in for fall semester. |
| Mar 30-Apr 10 | Room Selection for students who applied by the priority deadline. |
| June-July |
Students who applied for housing after the priority deadline will receive their room/roommate assignment. |
| July 1 |
