When you register for Summer Housing, you will specify your beginning and end date living on campus.  You are billed a weekly rate for each week that you stay (billing cycle runs from Saturday through Friday).

  • We recommend scheduling a Financial Aid advising appointment in April to determine how financial aid will be impacted if you'll be staying on campus for any part of the summer.  To schedule an appointment with Financial Aid, call 800-722-0544 or stop by the Campus Hub.
  • A $100 prepayment is due at the time of registration (which is applied to summer room charges).
  • Residential Life will post the balance of charges to the student's account and payments are due when invoiced, or if necessary, payment in installments can be arranged with Student Financial Services.
  • A Renovated double room is $134 per week.  A Renovated single room is $182 per week.

To cancel your summer housing, send an e-mail to reslife@mnsu.edu with the following information:

  • Name
  • StarID
  • Notice that you are cancelling your housing

Stadium Heights Option

Students who live at Stadium Heights by March 6 are eligible to stay in their current apartment until August 1.

Summer Meal Plan

Students living in summer housing are eligible to purchase an optional Summer Dining Dollars plan.

Summer Rates

Students who register for summer housing pay a double or single room rate (based on their room preference). A $100 prepayment is required at the time of application.
