New and returning resident move-in begins at 8 a.m. on Friday, January 8.
New resident Check-In Process
New residents should follow these steps to get checked in.
- Complete your daily COVID self-screening prior to coming to campus and wear a mask while inside residence community public areas.
- Present a photo ID at your assigned residence community front desk (or Stadium Heights Office). Front Desks are located in lobbies. Check the Housing & Dining Portal if you do not know your room assignment.
- Room keys will be issued to you upon check-in.
- Carts will be available for use in the lobby (to move personal belongings).
Front Desks are open 8 a.m. to 3 a.m. beginning Friday, January 8. The Stadium Heights Office will be open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday, January 8 - Sunday, January 10.
returning resident Process
Get in the habit of doing your daily COVID self-screening on the day that you plan to return to campus.
Returning residents do not need to check-in when returning to campus. It is, however, helpful to give your CA a heads up that you are back on campus.
The first meal is lunch on Friday, December 8 (begins at 11 a.m. in the University Dining Center).
