Animals

For reasons of sanitation and safety, pets are not permitted in University buildings.

Service Animals

Service animals (e.g. guide dogs for the visually impaired) are not classified as pets and are, thus, allowed to accompany their owner.

Emotional Support Animals

Emotional Support animals are not considered service animals, and must be approved through the Accessibility Resources (Memorial Library 132). Emotional Support animals are not permitted in the CSU.

Certified Therapy Dogs

Certified therapy dogs at CSU or University-sanctioned events are permitted in the CSU at, to, and from their designated location. Such events must meet Risk Management approval.
