The festival is an excellent opportunity for people from all over the state to gather, interact, learn, and celebrate! The festival is a collaborative effort by Global Education, the Centennial Student Union, students, and community members.

Ticket Information
All festival purchases can only be made with festival tickets. You can purchase tickets on the main and second floors of the CSU with cash or credit card.
Food Booths & Menus
- Misir Wat - spicy red lentils with traditional bread ($5)
- Dushi Li - mango, pineapple, and peanut butter popsicle ($3)
- Jollof rice - a West Africa dish of long-grain rice cooked with veg, chicken & spices ($6)
- Hmong sausage with purple sticky rice - Savory pork sausage seasoned with herbs, spices, served with warm purple sticky rice, a traditional Hmong dish ($7)
- Nab Vam - Refreshing sweet dessert made with tapioca pearls, coconut milk, and sugar. ($4)
- Momo - chicken dumpling with sauce ($6)
- Shaax – Somali Tea ($3)
- Vimto – Soft fruit drink ($3)
- Somali Sambusa – Triangular stuffed meat pastry ($3)
- Somali Cakes – Assorted Somali cakes ($4)
- Kottu - popular street food of chopped flatbread stir-fried with eggs, chicken, & vegetables ($6)
- Mango Lassi - creamy drink featuring mango, yogurt, & ice-cream ($3)
- Fried Plantains - crispy & caramelized cousin of bananas ($5)
- Karaage - Fried Chicken ($6)

Cultural & Vendor Booths
Learn about cultures from around the world! Stop by our many cultural booths sponsored by international student and community organizations and do some shopping at our unique vendor booths!
Experience a variety of entertainment and a fashion show from our very own Minnesota State University, Mankato international students! Performances will begin at noon and conclude at 3pm with the closing of the Festival. These performances will be live streamed. Stay tuned for the live stream link!
Photo Contest
The photo contest will run from 11am to 3pm. Everyone is encouraged to come check out the photos and vote for their favorite. The winners will be announced on our Instagram page @MNSUstudyabroad on Tuesday, November 18. There are over 150 photo entries from students, faculty, and staff.
