We're so glad that you will join the Maverick family! You will be part of a thriving population of about 1,200 international students from over 90 countries. Minnesota State Mankato is proud of all that our international students contribute and accomplish to further our internationalization, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

When you arrive, and throughout your stay, you will find the Kearney International Center’s friendly and knowledgeable staff ready and happy to assist you! We offer a variety of services from orientation assistance, immigration advising, cultural adjustment programming, scholarship guidance, academic success assistance, and events that empower our enthusiastic international students to share their countries and cultures!

ORIENTATION  

The Kearney International Center provides a comprehensive Orientation Week to help new students have their best start at Minnesota State Mankato. Students are to arrive on time. Attending orientation is mandatory for everyone, even transfer students who have already studied in the U.S.
