Stadium Heights Move-In (Fall)
This map is for students moving into Stadium Heights Residence Community.
CHECK-IN AT THE STADIUM HEIGHTS OFFICE
- Bring your MavCARD (we will scan it).
- You will be issued an apartment and mailbox key.
- If you have a car, you will also be issued a parking permit at check-in.
UNLOADING
- Park your vehicle adjacent to the building you will be moving into.
- There is no Move Crew at Stadium Heights.
- There are no elevators at Stadium Heights, so pack light!
- After you have unloaded, move your vehicle away from the building so that others can get close to unload.
- Stadium Heights Guests: Please move your vehicle to Heron Drive or University Lots 20 or 23.
NEW STUDENT & FAMILY DINNER
- The first meal provided to students is the New Student & Family Dinner 4-6 p.m. in the University Dining Center.
- If you are on the Maverick 250 Dining Dollars plan, you will receive a meal ticket when you check-in at the Stadium Heights Office. For friends and family, the cost of this meal is $9.38 per person (cash, debit/credit are accepted at the door).
- Children five and under are free.
- There will be a free shuttle service from Stadium Heights to campus from 2-6:30 p.m. To ride the shuttle, go to the Stadium Heights Office and wait for the shuttle. The shuttle will make stops at Stadium Heights, the Centennial Student Union, and the Preska bus stop (which is near the University Dining Center).
AVOID TICKETING & TOWINGAVOID TICKETING & TOWING
- After 3 p.m. on August 20, students and guests can park in green lots without a permit through 3 p.m. on Sunday, August 23 (when enforcement begins).
