Important Changes for 2027-28
As Residential Life transitions away from apartment housing, housing options for returning students will look different next year.
- Students interested in single rooms, specific buildings, or living with particular roommates are encouraged to apply early and select a room beginning December 14.
- Most students seeking suites or standard rooms will generally have more options available than students seeking single rooms.
- Room selection may be more competitive than in previous years, particularly for single rooms.
What can I expect?
Single Rooms
Single rooms are limited and are expected to be among the first room types selected. Students interested in a single should apply and select a room on December 14.
Suites & Standard Rooms
Most returning students looking for suites or standard rooms should have options available throughout the room selection process.
Roommates
To room with another returning student, both students should complete a housing application and select the same room or suite beginning December 14. Any unselected spaces may be assigned to another student.
