Summer School Housing

For enrolled students taking summer classes on campus.

Stay as many weeks as you need (no minimums).
Weekly rates for single and double room options. Full charges will be applied at the start of summer housing for the dates you are living on campus.
Optional Dining Dollars meal plan available.
Only spring residents are eligible to stay May 9-15 (this is interim housing). Incoming new students may start living with us May 16 (the start of summer housing).

Standard room type (single and double room options).
Laundry on every floor.
Air conditioned.
Free parking in Lot 16 green stalls.

Rates

Housing is billed at a weekly rate (Saturday to Friday).

Standard Double	$176 per week

Application opens Monday, March 16.

Complete your application and sign your housing contract in the Housing & Dining Portal.

A $100 prepayment is due at the time of application, which will be applied to your first week of housing. A link to pay your prepayment is included in the application. You may also access the prepayment link here.

Your housing reservation is not complete until you have submitted your application, signed your housing contract, and paid your prepayment.

Cancellation

Students may cancel the contract before occupancy. Written notice of cancellation must be provided to Residential Life according to the following schedule:

Cancellation received by April 24, 2026 will receive a full refund of the prepayment ($100).
Cancellation received less than two weeks before occupancy will not receive a refund of the prepayment.
Refunds are not given for cancellations received after the first day of occupancy.

Dates

Monday, March 16	Summer housing registration opens.
On or before Friday, May 1	You will receive confirmation of a summer room assignment via email.
Saturday, May 9 - Sunday, May 10	Interim Students move to their H Hall summer assignment. Check-in at the McElroy Front Desk between 4:30 - 7 p.m on Saturday (or Sunday starting at 10 a.m.) Complete check-out from your spring room by 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Saturday, May 16	New residents move in to their H Hall assignment. Start of summer housing.
Friday, July 31	End of summer housing for students without a fall housing contract.
Friday, August 7	Interim students move to fall room assignments.
Wednesday, August 19	Last day of summer housing.
