Stadium Heights Summer Housing

Residents with a Stadium Heights room assignment as of March 6, 2026 are eligible to register for summer housing at Stadium Heights.

No enrollment requirement (you are not required to take summer classes).
Reduced rate.
Stay until 12 p.m. on Saturday, August 1, 2026.

Rates

Pay a flat rate based on the date you apply for summer housing. Apply by April 24 to be guaranteed housing.

Register by Friday, April 10	$150 will be charged to your student account.
Register by Friday, April 24	$200 will be charged to your student account.
After Friday, April 24	Housing is not guaranteed for registrations received after 4/24. If approved, a $250 late fee will be charged to your student account.

Apply

Application opens March 16 in the Housing & Dining Portal.

Complete your application and sign your housing contract in the Portal.

Cancellation

Students may cancel the contract before occupancy. Written notice of cancellation must be provided to Residential Life according to the following schedule.

The summer housing charge will be refunded if cancellation is received on or before 12:00 p.m. (noon) Wednesday, May 6, 2026.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after the first day of occupancy.

Dates

Monday, March 16	Summer housing registration opens.
Register by Friday, April 10	$150 will be charged to student account.
Register by Friday, April 24	$200 will be charged to student account.
Wednesday, May 6 (12 p.m.)	Cancellation deadline to receive full refund of fees.
Saturday, August 1	Students without a fall housing contract move out by noon.
Friday, August 7	Students with a housing contract move to their fall housing assignment between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. (Noon)
