Personal Training

The Fitness and Wellness Program in Campus Recreation employees certified personal trainers to work with clients.

WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY OFFERING FITNESS ASSESSMENTS - SO, WE ARE CANNOT TAKE ON NEW PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENTS. WE WILL REASSESS AFTER FALL 2021 SEMESTER BEGINS AND UPDATE WHEN WE PLAN TO OFFER THIS SERVICE. 

An individual personal training session is a 60 min. one-on-one session with a trainer. A trainer will work with you on your personalized goals. Individual personal training packages expire one year from date of purchase. Before you begin working with a trainer the first time you must pay for and complete a fitness assessment.

Small Group Training for StudentS and Employees Pricing

  • 2-4 participants of your choice
  • 2 weekly scheduled group sessions
  • 4 consecutive weeks
  • 8 total 60 min. sessions
    • includes pre- and post-assessments during first and last session
  • Choose trainer, time of day, day of week, formats and start date
  • Total cost: TBD

Small Group Training Packages are not available for purchase at this time.

Note: employees must have an Otto Recreation Center membership to work with a personal trainer for individual and small group training.
