The Fitness and Wellness Program staff in Campus Recreation offer the opportunity to complete a Fitness Assessment.
A Fitness Assessment measures body composition, cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility. If you want to know your current fitness level, purchase Individual Personal Training or an Exercise Plan.
Fitness assessments are completed during regular office hours:
