Exercise Plan

An Exercise Plan is an 8-week program developed to meet your specific goals. The plan may consist of cardio training, strength and endurance exercises, flexibility training, and stress management techniques, etc.

If you purchase an Exercise Plan, then you must also purchase a Fitness Assessment.

Once we receive verification of payment for both the Fitness Assessment and Exercise Plan, we will email you to set up an appointment to complete your Fitness Assessment. At the Fitness Assessment we will discuss goals of your Exercise Plan. You will receive an emailed copy of your exercise plan and an option to schedule an appointment to have your plan explained to you.
