An exercise plan is an 8-week program developed to meet your specific goals. The plan may consist of cardio, strength, endurance, and flexibility training; stress management techniques, etc. Completion of a fitness assessment is required before exercise plan development. At the fitness assessment the assessor will discuss your personal goals for exercise plan development.
WE ARE NOT CURRENTLY OFFERING FITNESS ASSESSMENTS - SO, WE CANNOT DEVELOP AN EXERCISE PLAN TO MEET A CLIENT'S SPECIFIC GOALS. WE WILL REASSESS AFTER FALL 2021 SEMESTER BEGINS AND UPDATE WHEN WE PLAN TO OFFER THIS SERVICE.

An exercise plan and fitness assessment is not available for purchase at this time.
Once we receive verification of payment, we will email you to set up an appointment to complete your fitness assessment. At the fitness assessment we will discuss goals of your exercise plan. You will receive an emailed copy of your exercise plan and an option to schedule an appointment to have your plan explained to you.
