Personalized Exercise Plans

A Personalized Exercise Plan is a custom 4-week program designed to help you meet your individual fitness and wellness goals. Your plan may include components such as:

  • Cardio

  • Strength training

  • Endurance

  • Flexibility

  • Stress management techniques

Plans are developed based on the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) physical activity guidelines.


How It Works

  1. Complete a Fitness Assessment
    A fitness assessment is required before your plan can be developed. During the assessment, your personal goals will be discussed to help shape your customized plan.

  2. Pay at the Time of Your Assessment
    Exercise plan payment is collected in person during your fitness assessment appointment. If payment cannot be made, the plan will not be created.

  3. Receive Your Plan
    You’ll receive your personalized plan via email, with the option to schedule a follow-up appointment to review and discuss it.


Pricing

  • Current Students: $50

  • Faculty & Staff: $75
