Personalized Exercise Plans
A Personalized Exercise Plan is a custom 4-week program designed to help you meet your individual fitness and wellness goals. Your plan may include components such as:

Cardio

Strength training
-
Endurance
-
Flexibility
-
Stress management techniques
Plans are developed based on the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) physical activity guidelines.
How It Works

Complete a Fitness Assessment
A fitness assessment is required before your plan can be developed. During the assessment, your personal goals will be discussed to help shape your customized plan. -
Pay at the Time of Your Assessment
Exercise plan payment is collected in person during your fitness assessment appointment. If payment cannot be made, the plan will not be created. -
Receive Your Plan
You’ll receive your personalized plan via email, with the option to schedule a follow-up appointment to review and discuss it.
