- We offer personalized catering ranging from meals in the dining center to boxed meals, picnics, snacks, and upscale dinners.
- Conference groups may choose which meals they want to eat in the University Dining Center (for example: lunch on one day, breakfast and dinner the next day, etc.)
- Meals are arranged through the Summer Operations Coordinator.
- Meal times, determined by University Dining Services, are not negotiable. Meal times are as follows: Breakfast: 8-9 a.m., Lunch: 12-1 p.m., & Dinner: 5-6 p.m.
