Summer Conference Dining

• We offer personalized catering ranging from meals in the dining center to boxed meals, picnics, snacks, and upscale dinners.
• Conference groups may choose which meals they want to eat in the University Dining Center (for example: lunch on one day, breakfast and dinner the next day, etc.)
• Meals are arranged through the Summer Conferences Coordinator.
• Meal times, determined by University Dining Services, are not negotiable. Meal times are as follows: Breakfast: 8-9 a.m., Lunch: 12-1 p.m., & Dinner: 5-6 p.m.

Rates for 2026

• BREAKFAST: $9.16 per person + tax
• LUNCH: $11.98 per person + tax
• DINNER: $13.46 per person + tax
• TOTAL DAILY RATE (all meals): $34.60 per person/per day

 *The tax rate is 8.735%.
