Hosted by one of Africa’s best-loved broadcast personalities, Georges Collinet, Afropop Worldwide was the first radio show of its kind and, almost 30 years later, the program has expanded its vision to include the music and cultures that encompass the entire African diaspora. 9:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. - The Five Count

The Five Count has been running live on Saturday nights since June 2004 and features celebrity interviews, performances from The Five Count House Band, and other nonsense.

11:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. - True Punks Do Electro

True Punks Do Electro provides a portal into the world of Electronic music, with a focus on live presentation, predominantly mixing and the art of DJing. The show romanticizes bass pounding as loud as the system can handle.

Midnight - 1:00 a.m. - The Shape

The Shape is a locally-produced, hour-long show that celebrates the far-reaching subgenres housed beneath the umbrella of “electronic music”. Expect an esoteric blend of breaks, avant-garde electronics, minimal techno/future beat, IDM, and anything inbetween.

The Shape holds few limits.
