For those groups that are looking for somewhere new to hold their next big activity, we hope you will consider the Maverick Bullpen. Whether you are a student organization, university department, an outside group or business, or just want to throw a birthday party, the Bullpen welcomes you! We can provide a variety of recreation options for your group whether it is for 10 or 200. To request use of our facilities, submit a CSU Maverick Bullpen Event Requests Form.
Bullpen Rental Fees
Facility Rentals
Exclusive use by your group/event of either the Bowling Center, Billiards Area, or the entire Maverick Bullpen.
Non-university groups and events will need to complete a Facility Use Agreement, including insurance requirements and vendor number.

Non-university group events participants will need to sign and submit a General Liability Waivers.

Request for use of the Maverick Bullpen during times when the Centennial Student Union is not scheduled to be open will incur $40 per hour charge in addition to Bullpen charges if the request is approved. Groups paying by invoice or inter-department transfer (CAO-27) will incur a minimum $30 charge.
Visitor Parking is available in the Visitors Pay Lot Across from the Centennial Student Union. More information is available on the Visitor Parking website.
Bowling Birthday Party Packages
The Maverick Bullpen is an outstanding, family-friendly environment to host youth birthdays.
All of our youth bowling birthday party packages include four bowling lanes and shoe rentals for up to 16 individuals for two hours at a time.
- Packages are available on Saturdays between 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., or Sundays from 1:00p.m. to 6:00 p.m. during standard hours of operation.
- Parking is free in the Visitor Pay Lot on Saturdays and Sundays.
- These packages have been designed with the youth ages 4 to 16 in mind, with at least two adults present during the entire event.
- Sodexo is the exclusive provider of food for events in the Maverick Bullpen and Centennial Student Union. No outside food is permitted.
Cake Package: $89.00
- 1/4 sheet single layer custom birthday cake (serves 16)
- Select from cake flavors: Devil's Food Cake, Yellow, White, Carrot, Marble, Red Velvet or Lemon.
- Select from cake frosting: Cream Cheese Icing, Chocolate Fudge Icing, Fudge Icing or White Buttercream Icing
- Cupcakes may be requested in place of sheet cake.
Pizza Package: $149.00
- Four 12" 1-topping pizzas from the Bullpen menu selection (Cheese, Pepperoni, or Sausage)
- Pizzas are cut into 8 slices and serves 12-16
- Sixteen 16-ounce Bottled Sodas (Pepsi products only).
Deluxe Package: $169.00
- Combines Cake and Pizza packages
