Unofficial Transcript

The Minnesota State University, Mankato transcript provides a chronological listing of a student’s undergraduate and graduate courses, cumulative credits attempted and earned, grade point averages, degree(s) earned, and transfer credit amounts.

An unofficial transcript is generally used on campus by students and advisors. It does not include the University seal or signature of the Registrar, and it is available online or in person at no charge.

Get your Unofficial Transcript

Online

  1. Login to e-services with your StarID and password
  2. Under the Academic Records menu, select Unofficial Transcripts.
  3. Click on the Get Academic Record button to view your transcript.
  4. Click on the PDF icon that appears above the upper right corner of your academic record to open or save it as a printable PDF document.

In Person

Visit the Campus Hub, located on the first floor of Centennial Student Union. Please be prepared to show your MavCARD or other government-issued photo ID to receive your unofficial transcript.

Official Transcript Purchase Option

If you wish to obtain your transcript by mail or through electronic delivery, submit a request through the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Center.

This request process does not require StarID/Password credentials, allows for delivery to a third party, and provides tracking information.

The current cost to purchase an official transcript stamped with the University seal and signature of the Registrar is $8.40 per transcript, additional charges may apply depending on the various delivery/request options.
