Summer Rates

Summer School Housing in McElroy H Hall

• A $100 prepayment is due at the time of application (prepayment will be applied to first week of housing).
• Weekly rates for single and double room options. The full charge will be applied at the start of summer housing for the dates they are living on campus.

Interim 1 (May 9-22) To be eligible you must have lived on campus for the Spring 26 semester and be enrolled in a summer course.	Standard Single: $224/week Standard Double: $177/week
Summer Session (May 23-July 31) You must be enrolled in a summer course to be eligible.	Standard Single: $224/week Standard Double: $176/week
Interim 2 (August 1-19) To be eligible you must have a fall housing contract in place and were enrolled in a summer course.	Standard Single: $224/week StandardDouble: $176/week

Stadium Heights Summer Housing

• To be eligible for these rates, you must have had a room assignment at Stadium Heights on March 6, 2026.

Register by April 10	$150 will be billed to your student account for Summer Housing.
Register by April 24	$200 will be billed to your student account for Summer Housing.
Applications received after April 24	Housing is not guaranteed for registration received after 4/24. If approved, a $250 late fee will be charged to your student account for Summer Housing.
