Transfer a Prescription

Transferring a prescription to our pharmacy is easy!  If your prescription was originally filled at another pharmacy and has refills remaining, a Student Health Services Pharmacist can call to have your prescription transferred to the Student Health Services Pharmacy.

• Bring the original labeled prescription container or supply the following information to the Pharmacist (this can be found on the label)
  • name and phone number of the pharmacy you last used to fill the prescription
  • prescription number and/or name of the medication
• Please allow 24 hours for a prescription transfer.
