University Facilities

The University Scheduling and Conference Services office is a one-stop shop scheduling all meetings and events university-wide that are not class related. Facilities include meeting rooms, auditoriums, rehearsal rooms, dining areas and more. We work with university-wide departments to make your event a success: catering, technology (audio/visual), parking, security, risk management, building services, and set-up operations. All academic class related requests are coordinated through the Registrars Office.

Centennial Student Union Facility

The Centennial Student Union is a hub of activity on campus. The facility includes pre-set and custom set-up meeting rooms, dining facilities, and casual lounges as well an auditorium, a ballroom, a bowling alley with a game room, and a coffee shop. We welcome meetings and events that build relationships, enrich academics and create unique campus life experiences.

Furnishings/Event Amenities

Furnishings for meetings and events university-wide are coordinated through the University Scheduling and Conference Services office. Furnishing availability corresponds to specific buildings and individual rooms.
