Reservation Types
Internal University Use: Use of campus space by a Registered Student Organization, University Department, Agency or Organization for University Business
- Facility Rental: Free
*Departments charging an entry fee will be charged a 50% rental fee
- Service Charges: Variable depending on funding source and type of service
State Government: Use of campus space by a local, city or state government entity
- Facilty Rental: 50% facility rate
- Service Charges: Applicable to services rendered beyond normal operating procedures
External- Nonprofits: Use of campus space by registered 5.01(c)3 nonprofit organization
- Facility Rental: 90% facilty rate
- Service Charges: Applicable to services rendered beyond normal operating procedures
External- Commercial or Personal Use: Use of campus space by businesses, private events or non-affiliated groups
- Facility Rental: 100% facility rate
- Service Charges: Applicable to services rendered beyond normal operating procedures
Adaptable Rooms
Adaptable rooms can be set to a variety of configurations. A Recognized Student Organization, University Department, or General Public sponsored event which results in the relocation of furniture in adaptable rooms marked with an asterisk (*) will incur a furniture relocation fee of $100.00.

Preset Rooms
Preset rooms cannot be changed from their original configuration. A Recognized Student Organization, University Department, or General Public event resulting in the relocation of furniture in a preset room will incur a furniture relocation fee of $25.00.

- There are five tables outside of the dining services area that are available to external vendors, along with two additional tables in that location for non-external use.
- There are three table spaces near the hi-top tables and booths outside of Starbucks, as well as two tables near the stairs and Campus Hub.
Maverick Bullpen
