Please log into online EMS with your StarID and password. (Help Video)

a.      If you haven’t logged in before, no problem. Please login first. You will then get an error message. Email university.scheduling@mnsu.edu to activate your profile. 

Browse for the designated location. (Help Video)

Select the location and enter your meeting information. (Help Video)

If you have rooms that you like the most. You can set them as your favorite rooms. Watch this video for assistance. (Help Video)

Lastly, if you need to make changes to your meeting reservation, you can make those change online as anytime. (Help Video)
