Dr. Russell Fricano Named URSI Director

Dr. Russell Fricano was recently named Director of the Urban and Regional Studies Institute. He holds a Ph.D. in Planning from the University of Southern California and a Masters of City and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at Arlington.
