The Community Engagement Office (CEO) connects Minnesota State University, Mankato students with greater Mankato community agencies and organizations seeking volunteers for one-time and on-going projects. Note: During the COVID-19 pandemic, our 'in person' events are canceled. We do host virtual events where groups and individuals can pick up supply packets and return when done. Campus Kitchen

The Campus Kitchen at Minnesota State University, Mankato is a student lead initiative to harvest wholesome food donated by local restaurants and made into meals for people facing food insecurity in the greater Mankato area.
