Tobacco-Free Policy
Our University’s Tobacco-Free Policy prohibits the use of e-cigarettes, cigarettes, cigars or smokeless tobacco products on any university property—including but not limited to parking lots, sidewalks, or inside personal cars.
At Minnesota State Mankato, students interested in quitting tobacco have several options:
- To learn about quitting vaping tobacco, text DITCHVAPE to 88709 – This innovative and free text message program was created with input from college students and young adults who have attempted to, and successfully, quit e-cigarettes. It is like having your own personal quitting coach right at your fingertips.
