International Student Fellowship Opportunities

International students are eligible to apply for the following awards. Please contact the Fellowships Office at fellowships@mnsu.edu to make an appointment, so we can provide clarification and more opportunities.

The National Association of Fellowships Advisors (NAFA) has compiled a list of award programs available to non-US citizens here. Another good resource for opportunities for non-US citizens is Scholars4Dev.

Undocumented students should explore resources from Educators for Fair Consideration (E4FC). Their site includes lists of both undergraduate and graduate scholarships that don't require proof of U.S. Citizenship or legal permanent residency.
