Basic rooms have the feel of college nostalgia wrapped in a vibrant community where neighbors become friends.
Basic Single Room
One student lives in a single room (with one set of furniture). Singles are limited in supply.
Basic Double Room
Two students live in a basic double room.
Basic Triple Room
Three students live in a triple room with three sets of furniture. The room is slightly larger than a traditional double room and features air conditioning (even at a Basic rate). There is a limited supply of Basic Triple rooms.
Basic Full-Bath Suite
Three students live in Basic Full-Bath Suites. Two students share a double bedroom and one student has a single bedroom. All three residents share a private bathroom located within the suite. There is a limited supply of this room type.
