Stadium Heights to Transition Out of Residential Life Housing After Spring 2027
Residential Life Announces End of Stadium Heights Lease Agreement
After the 2026-27 academic year, Stadium Heights will no longer be offered as a Minnesota State University, Mankato Residential Life housing option.
The University's current master lease agreement for Stadium Heights concludes at the end of the 2026-27 academic year. As Residential Life continues to evaluate future housing needs through its housing master planning process, the decision has been made not to renew the lease beyond Spring 2027.
Since 2012, Stadium Heights has served as an important part of the University's housing portfolio, providing apartment-style living options for thousands of students. Residential Life is grateful to the property owners and management team for their partnership over the past 15 years and for the role Stadium Heights has played in supporting the student experience.
