U-Lead Diversity Panel "I'm Uncomfortable: The Unspoken Truths of Leadership"

“I’m Uncomfortable” is a student-led panel that explores what it means to lead while navigating discomfort. Underrepresented student leaders will share how they’ve battled systemic barriers, identity driven challenges, and moments of uncertainty on their path to success in academics and as change makers on campus. The panel invites all attendees to listen, learn, and reflect on how discomfort shapes leadership and how understanding these experiences can bridge divides between underrepresented leaders and their better represented peers.
