Roles and Responsibilities

• Serves as the initial point of contact in the education benefit process
• Answers questions about benefit eligibility, policies, and procedures
• Develops plans with students who have eligibility for multiple benefit programs, helping to determine which option will best suit their needs
• Provides application assistance, ensuring the students have appropriate documentation and are aware of additional steps that may be required
• Provides information and assistance in obtaining military transcripts
• Provides on-going support, information, and assistance as needs arise
