Beginning Fall 2022, new incoming Doctoral students who are non-residents or international can expect a non-resident tuition rate equal to 150% of the in-state rate.
Residents of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin may be eligible for graduate tuition rates similar to the Minnesota State resident rates due to the state reciprocity agreements.
