Carly Hopper is a dedicated fitness and wellness professional with over 25 years of experience in health education, exercise programming, and student development. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Health Professions and is passionate about creating inclusive, engaging environments that promote lifelong wellness.

EXPERIENCE
Carly has served as the Fitness and Wellness Program Coordinator for Campus Recreation at Minnesota State Mankato since 2012. She leads group exercise, personal training, aquatics, fitness assessments, and student staff hiring and training.
She has been employed at MSU since 2006 in various roles, including graduate assistant, health educator in Student Health Services, and adjunct instructor in Health Science, Human Performance, FYE, and Honors.
Additional teaching roles include adjunct faculty at South Central College and Concordia University, St. Paul. Carly also owns Sun Moon Yoga, LLC in Mankato, MN.
