Download a BINGO card HERE, pick one up at the Food & Fitness Expo, or grab one at our tabling events on MAV AVE. Take a picture of you completing any 5 tasks and submit your photos at the link below by April 30th. Some tasks are broad, so interpret as it fits with your wellness journey! 

Only one submission per person and must be submitted by Noon on April 30th.
