Publications and Content

The Office of University Marketing and Communications is here to help you with your print publications. We are also the office in charge of creating the Today Magazine.

Print Publications

Get your message out

Brochures, postcards, posters and other print publications are great ways to share information with large groups of people. Our office is here to help you:

  • Create a compelling message.

  • Work with the graphics team to come up with a well-branded, creative design.

  • Ensure compliance with graphic standards.

We are also available to edit or proofread any content you have put together yourself and to provide assistance working through the production and distribution process.

For more information, please contact Sara Frederick, the Senior Director of Marketing and Communications, at x6981 or sara.frederick@mnsu.edu.

Printing Services

Make a Big Impression

The talented graphic artists and skilled press operators in Printing Services can help you produce beautiful, well-branded print pieces, apparel, branded merchandise and more.

Printing Services is a self-sustaining unit of the University, so it must charge for its services. For more information about hourly rates, printing costs and available merchandise, please contact Ryan Schuh, the director of Printing and Photocopy Services, at x1181 or ryan.schuh@mnsu.edu.

TODAY Magazine

The University’s official publication for alumni and friends

Today Magazine is published in print two times a year (in the fall and spring) and sent to more than 100,000 alumni and friends. The recently redesigned magazine includes stories about alumni, faculty and friends who are having an impact on campus and in the world.

The print edition of Today Magazine is supplemented by the online Today Magazine, where content is changed and updated regularly. PDF files of the print magazine can be found on the online Today site as well.

Story ideas for Today Magazine are always welcome; feel free to contact editor Joe Tougas at x1369 or joseph.tougas@mnsu.edu to share ideas.
