The Exhibitionists (Thursday, 1-2 p.m.)

Selena Medellin is a mixed media and ceramics artist, curator, community enthusiast, and professional patriarchy fighter. She currently serves as the Gallery Coordinator at the Carnegie Art Center in Mankato, where she also works out of her own studio space, creating vibrant, tactile works that explore connection, care, and resistance. Her creative and curatorial work is deeply rooted in equity, storytelling, and building space for underrepresented voices.

Outside the art world, Selena is an avid gardener and a devoted pet parent to her beloved boys, a pup named Icky Biscuits, and Tulip the turtle. She's passionate about building community, sharing ideas, and stirring things up (in the best way possible).
