MN Nice (Sundays at 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.)
MN Nice highlights live performances of Minnesota music events that KMSU has helped to support in the past with Arts and Cultural Heritage Funding, as well as airing interviews with Minnesotan musicians. It is hosted by Shelley Pierce, curator of KMSU’s Minnesota Music Channel. You can tune in to MN Nice every Sunday night at 6 p.m.
The November schedule for MN Nice features live music supported by Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds, interviews with area songwriters, and the story of a legendary Mankato record store!
November 9 - Lisa Neitge talks about the Hoo's Hungry Fundraiser and a Lost Chord Reunion taking place on November 15.
November 16 - Liz Draper talks about her brand new album Meno.
November 23 - Revisit Steely Ann's Hot Jazz For Decent People performance from August 5, 2022. The lineup for this peformance of Steely Dan favorites was Ann Rosenquist Fee on vocals, Masa Ishikawa on keyboards, Craig Matarrese on bass, Chaz Draper on drums, and Johnathan Moeller on guitar.
November 30 - Revisit the September 25, 2025 Music in the Park peformance by Kaleb & the Nightingale Band. The annual peformance series takes place at Wheeler Park in North Mankato.
