MN Nice (Sundays at 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.)
MN Nice highlights live performances of Minnesota music events that KMSU has helped to support in the past with Arts and Cultural Heritage Funding, as well as airing interviews with Minnesotan musicians. It is hosted by Shelley Pierce, curator of KMSU’s Minnesota Music Channel. You can tune in to MN Nice every Sunday night at 6 p.m.
The December schedule for MN Nice features live music supported by Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Funds, as well as new music from Ben Scruggs!
December 7 - Revisit The Neighborhood Trio's 2013 live set from Pub 500 in Mankato.
December 14 - Hear the amazing live set by The Selby Avenue Brass Band, featuring Thomasina Petrus, but the 2025 Rock Bend Folk Festival.
December 21 - Ben Scruggs stopped by the KMSU studios to share new music and talk about his album Heart River.
December 28 - Erik Koskinen's excellent live set from the 2022 Rock Bend Folk Festival will be featured on this show.
