Bio
Born and raised in southwest Minnesota, I graduated from Windom Area High School before attending Minnesota State University, Mankato. The generosity of donors and the scholarship support I received throughout my time at the University made my education possible and instilled in me a deep commitment to give back. This is why I am honored to serve on the Foundation Board and help ensure future generations of students have the same opportunities.
I earned my BS in Nursing from Minnesota State University, Mankato, later completing a master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Metropolitan State University. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Management and Public Service at Hamline University.
Professionally, I serve as President of Senior Services & Post-Acute Executive for Fairview Health Services and as President & CEO of Ebenezer Senior Living, leading one of the nation's largest senior services and housing organizations. In this role, I oversee integrated operations across more than 110 locations in multiple states, with a focus on expanding innovative housing and care models.
Over the years, I have contributed to a number of civic, professional, and advisory boards, and previously served on the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities Board of Trustees. I also volunteer with the Minnesota Medical Reserve Corps.
My wife, Gabrielle, and I live in Minneapolis and enjoy spending time outdoors with family and friends.
