Camp and Facility Use Fees

Fees vary based on the spaces and services you choose and help support a smooth, well-supported experience for your event. Charges may include:
- Auditoriums and ballrooms
- Meeting rooms and classrooms
- Indoor athletic fields and recreation spaces
- Outdoor athletic facilities and fields
- Event, technical, and operational staffing
These fees allow the university to provide safe, well-maintained facilities and reliable support for a wide range of camps, conferences, and programs.
Facility and Staffing Fees
Auditoriums*
- 80-120 people - $180/day
- 120+ people - $420/day
Ballroom*
- CSU Ballroom - $575-$1000/day
Reception Locations*
- CSU Hearth Lounge - $275/day
- Performing Arts Lobby - $175/day
- Heritage Room- $150/day
Theatres*
- Various $900-$1200/day
*All assembly spaces will incur a $20/hour technology staffing fee
Meeting Rooms and Classrooms
- Classrooms - $75/day
- 12-40 people Meeting Rooms - $75-$100/day
- 40- 150 people meeting rooms - $150-$250/day
Indoor Athletic Spaces
- Indoor Gyms - $600- $900/day
- Dance Studios - $240/day
- Myer’s Fieldhouse - $1,500/day or $150/hour
- Taylor Center - $2000/day or $250/hour
- Swimming Pool - $150/hour
Outdoor Athletic Spaces
- Blakeslee Stadium - $2000/day or $250/hour
- All other Athletics Fields - $1,500/day or $150/hour
- Intramural Fields - $180/day
- Outdoor Green Spaces - $120/day or $15/hour
Staffing Fees (Beyond Normal Work Scope)
- CSU Extended Hours - $40/hour
- Lifeguards - $19/hour
- Sports Site Manager - $17-$33/hour
- Grounds- $45/hour
- Field Painting - $75+ Labor
- Camp Coordination Fee - $100 per 100 campers
