As we continue to adjust to the “new normal,” buckle down for finals, and prepare ourselves to return home for the holiday break, we are reminded that change is inevitable, and that life is full of uncertainty and surprises. As a result, this may leave us feeling anxious or stressed out about our future.

This 60-minute yoga class will help you slow down as you move into yoga sequences that incorporate forward bends, twists, and longer holds that will create a sense of stability and calm. Throughout your practice, you’ll enhance your capacity to meet every moment thoughtfully. The class will end with deep relaxation and a guided meditation practice that will leave you feeling grounded and calm. This class is open to all levels.

Session will be led by Rose Halama (OASIS GA) - Rose is a doctoral student in the Counselor Education and Supervision Program with a mental health concentration and also a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor.
