Keeping It Real: We're Tiiired but Resilient

Tuesday, February 1, 2022
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
CSU 245 or Zoom

During the pandemic, the African American community has watched the murders and trials of national cases, an increase in mental health concerns, isolation, and more. Despite these challenges, African Americans across the US continue to preserve, persist through their academics, create new business ventures, and show up and be present. This is no easy task, especially for MSU students, faculty, and staff. Hear from MSU faculty members: Dr. Dani Scott, Dr. DQ Spencer, and Dr. William Broussard about the many ways they are TIIIRED but still remain strong and resilient. Guests are invited to join us in-person in CSU 245 or virtually via the Zoom link below.
