Indigenous Teachings are Anti-Racism

Participants can expect to learn the intersections of diversity through indigenous teachings, how those teachings are connected to other cultures, practice active listening and interaction, and walk away with new tools in how to get to know community members that come from diverse backgrounds.

Sabrina will incorporate some gentle movement & mindfulness. Participants should be dressed comfortably.

Bio: Sabrina (they/she) is the founder of Safe Relations + Consulting. Sabrina is committed to creating spaces that are non judgemental, challenging and honest. Safe Relations is rooted in weaving community mutual aid, wellness and empowerment to make education accessible to all my relations regardless of finances, ability, race, gender, sexuality, immigration/social status.
