Many studies have documented physical and mental health benefits of meditation, including lowered anxiety and depression and an increased sense of well-being.
Each live online class will include one or two meditations lead by Laura Schultz and/or Carly Hopper.
No experience necessary. Beginners are welcome. All you need is a space that is quiet and a place to sit comfortably. 30 min.
