Leyla Farah, Vice President Mavs in Action

My name is Leyla Farah, and I am a third year Communication Sciences and Disorders major here at MNSU. I am originally from Seattle, WA but I have lived in Mankato for about 7 years now. I am excited to join the Mavs in Action team and hopefully contribute to the incredible service work that I have seen happen here. One of my favorite experiences volunteering was being apart of Maverick Day of Service and assembling packets for the Girls on the Run race day. I cannot wait to see what this upcoming year has to bring and how we can make a difference within our community.
