Blue Monday (Monday, 6 - 7 p.m.)
Both Sides of Midnight (Wednesday, 11 p.m. - 1 a.m)

I am a host of Both Sides of Midnight, alternating with The Supreme Ruler of Sound. The show runs from Wednesday night at 11:00pm to Thursday morning at 1:00am. The SROS and I play extended improvised music tracks that seem well-suited for late-night. Although our focus is on jazz in all of its variety, we are not constrained by genre. My emphasis is on bebop and hard-bop, free, fusion, third-stream, cool, soul, and funky jazz from the late 1940s to the present day. I also spin progressive rock (eek!) and avant-garde music. I like to include music that has been out of print or otherwise unavailable for a number of years.

I have been married for thirty blessed years to my high school sweetheart, and I am looking forward to at least another forty. We have a wonderful son who lives and breathes music. We have three cuddly tabby cats, one of which believes himself to be a dog.
