Mirlande Erickson, Director of Transfer Partnerships

Mirlande Erickson is the Director of Transfer Partnerships at Minnesota State University, Mankato. She comes to MSU with a cumulative sixteen years of experience working within the MinnState System.

Mirlande holds an AA from Anoka Ramsey Community College, a BS in Organizational Communication from Metro State University, and an MS in Organizational Leadership from Winona State University. Motivated and inspired by her own educational journey through the MinnState system and a personal affinity for service, Mirlande is passionate about using her role to further partnerships with two-year colleges and help create opportunities for meeting students “where they’re at” to finalized their educational journey.

In her free time, in addition to adjusting to married life as a newlywed and practicing her new last name, Mirlande enjoys gardening, traveling and participating in her many nephews’ school and sports activities.
