Feb. 24: Minnesota State Mankato Performance Series Features Luke LeBlanc Band in Concert

MANKATO, Minn. –The Luke LeBlanc Band will perform as part of the Minnesota State University, Mankato Performance Series on Tuesday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. at the Elias J. Halling Recital Hall of the Earley Center for Performing Arts, 320 Maywood Ave.

LeBlanc is a Minneapolis-based singer-songwriter who delivers dynamic and versatile original performances that feature a warm, organic merging of rootsy folk and pop. The Current (Mpls.) says LeBlanc’s music is, “delicate, understated, and careful in its construction. LeBlanc dazzles the stage with his impressive lyricism and catchy melodies.” Bluegrass Magazine states, “LeBlanc’s newest record, “Places,” reminds us that sometimes the easiest way to get through turbulent waters is to just ride the wave."

Concert admission is $10 for general admission. University students are admitted free with a valid MavCARD. Advance purchase is strongly encouraged. Those who wish to purchase tickets online should go to hss.mnsu.edu/music-events.
