MANKATO, Minnesota – The Chamber String Ensemble at Minnesota State University, Mankato will present a spring concert showcasing an expressive program of string repertoire. The performance will take place Thursday, April 30 at 7 p.m. in Halling Recital Hall of the Performing Arts Center.

Under the direction of Professor Mark Wamma, the ensemble will perform a curated selection of works featuring compositions ranging from classical masters to contemporary voices, offering a dynamic listening experience for audiences of all backgrounds.

Comprised of talented student musicians, the Chamber String Ensemble provides a focused setting for developing ensemble skills, musical communication, and artistic expression. This concert represents the culmination of the semester’s work and dedication.

Concert admission is $10 for general admission and $7 for K-12 students. University students are admitted free with a valid MavCARD. Advance purchase is strongly encouraged. Those who wish to purchase tickets online should go to hss.mnsu.edu/music-events.
